With the FA announcing its new measures when it comes to diving on Thursday, the former Reds star was keen to have a dig at one of his former arch-rivals, suggesting that there would be more problems for them next term because of it.
Man United supporters were quick to hit back at the pundit via social media though, bringing up the fact that he never won a Premier League title, as well as reminding the former defender about Steven Gerrard’s infamous slip against Chelsea.
